  RV owners: if you need your car to be set up to be able to be towed behind your RV, these are the guys. They have lots of experience with this and are far more reasonably priced than any RV service place. Art, their shop manager, is excellent to work with and seems to know everything about cars (I, of course, have my cars serviced here, too). There was an issue with the breakaway on my Brake Buddy. They did not quit until everything was perfect. Thanks guys, Mark
  
  I just read some other reviews and I need to respond to the person that they said to get a new car. Last year I brought my Jeep in for some routine maintenance and before they did any work they called me to tell me it needed a new transmission and that it was their opinion that I might rather look into getting another vehicle. Instead I took it to a transmission shop in Winter Haven that did a decent job. But this year there were enough new issues that we ended up trading it in on a newer car! I wish I would have taken their recommendation befor paying to have the transmission rebuilt!

  I am more than satisfied with HCCC! Called last minute with no appointment because my car was making a noise. They took me right in, and in no time found out that my brakes needed to be replaced. The staff was very kind and now my car feels like new. Totally recommend this place!

  The Customer service at Car Care is the best service we’ve ever had.
  We needed a Blue Ox tow package.
  Art ordered quality parts.
  Art kept us informed as to when he expected the order and when the parts arrived, he contacted us.
  When Art installed everything, it was done perfectly.
  We took our motorhome in and Art showed us how it was all to be hooked up.
  He explained every step and did not hurry when we asked questions. Then when everything was hooked up, Art rode with us so that he made sure everything was right.
  The office gals were always friendly whether we were on the phone with them or if we went to the shop.
  If you want and care about customer service and people who care to do their best for you, then Car Care in Haines City is the place for you.

  I read the reviews before I made my appointment and this place lives up to the good reviews and then some. I am not easily impressed , but this is one car repair shop head and shoulders above the rest. Their estimate was very reasonable, their customer service is spot on, and they do not waste time. My car was fixed correctly in short order. I will definitely be a return customer. Two thumbs up!
