Butch's Hideaway RV Park

Gorgeous park! They were very accommodating to us during the holidays on short notice! AND our camper was safe there while we traveled for Christmas and left it behind! Donna was the sweetest! We will definitely stay here again! 12/10!

If you really want to get away this is the place; however you are still close to attractions. There is fishing, birdwatching, a swimming pool when it gets warmer, 0r just relax. I love it here. I am not a snowbird I love it so much that I live here year round. Come check it out. Tammy Raduege

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Everyone is treated like family! Butch and Donna are fantastic hosts.

Peaceful, quiet and away from everything. Nice little campground with a great view of the lake. Owners were very friendly and helped us when we needed help. WI-FI was great. Permanent residents were friendly. And there were more of them than camping sites, and too me that takes away from any campground. Sites were full hook up with concrete pads that are nicely sized. Getting to our site was tricky and even getting into the park was tricky. Other amenities were lacking, pool was clean and cool, but needs to be resurfaced. Pool area needs to be refurbished. There were bathrooms, but they were hot, small and in need of major updating. Sites are scattered about and roads to sites are small and would be hard to get RVs in and out. We would go back for a quick get away, but updates would make this place great. Really 3.5 stars if not for the friendliness.

The best little gem of a campground right off lake Rosalie and far enough out of town to soak in the sounds of nature and nothing else.and some of the clearest view of the stars you can get and maybe even see the next space x launch from the beautiful dock.and the owner's are the most friendly people you will ever meet. Would give 1000 stars if I could.
