  I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional level of care our family has received from Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital over the years. The team is caring, compassionate and friendly. We would not consider taking our pets anywhere else for veterinary care or boarding.

  Absolutely outstanding staff. My cat had been in labor for over 48 hours. She was tired, hurting, and scared. Our normal vet told us to just lock her in a closet after it had already been 36 hours, so after a little longer I turned to Cleveland Heights and I will be staying here for all services. We told them the issue and they had us bring her in for an emergency C section. We couldn’t figure out why our care credit wasn’t working and time was ticking, I frantically was trying to find alternative payment for two hours and the manager decided to proceed with surgery anyways and worry about money AFTER she was taken care of. I cried my eyes out. They are so kind, so educated, and truly love animals; they aren’t in it for the money. I have constantly called the last couple days struggling with bottle feeding the two babies that momma won’t take care of and asking questions about our healing mommy, they have been so helpful and right along side me as I panicked and freaked out and they talked me through it. This is the BEST vet I have ever brought my animals too. I’d give 1000 out of 5 stars if I could.

  Thank you for being there!!! I couldn’t have animals without having Cleveland Heights!!! My pets are my children and Cleveland Heights understands that. The care and concern of everyone, from the techs to the nurses and doctors is so reassuring to me. The doctors are great there, from researching to diagnosis, to treatment. I have been saved from having to go to Blue Pearl in Tampa. I recommend them to everyone. You can’t find a better veterinarian. They even have weekend hours!!

  I love the doctors and staff at Cleveland Heights animal Hospital… It’s very easy to get an appointment because they’re open early and stay open late… My cat Max, was attacked by my two large dogs and they got him in there quickly -took very good care of him and sent him home with very good instructions and the medication that he needed I’m very pleased with Cleveland Heights animal hospital ... thank you to the doctors and staff for saving Max’s life ????????????????????
