(August 9, 2019, 1:58 pm)I really appreciate Dr. Favilli and Gonzalez. They are good doctors. However, I seem to constantly have issues with the ladies working the front desk. I've told them to cancel an appointment 3 times. Twice over the phone and once in person. I kept getting reminder calls and then a call to tell me I missed the appointment that I cancelled. This has happened twice. I've also shown up to find I wasn't put on the schedule even though I had made an appointment and had an appointment card written by them. I've never encountered this level of difficulty making or cancelling appointments before anywhere else.
