My Jeep was involved in a car accident and was brought here through my insurance company. They did an amazing job and everyone was very friendly and professional. There were a few misses but the manager, David, went above and beyond to ensure that the minor fixes were taken care of in a timely manner. If I ever have to get another vehicle fixed, I will definitely be bringing it back here!

This was my first time using Lakeland Body Shop and Collision. Julie was my service representative and she took care of everything. I purchased a new hood for my 4Runner at Lakeland Toyota. Julie made sure the hood was transferred to her location, explained the painting processes they use (better clear-coating as well), reboxed my old hood, and provided a fair price for the service.

The overall quality of the paint job is excellent; the hood matches perfectly to the vehicle. I would definitely use them again and if I owned my own business, I would hire Julie to run my company; the customer service she provided is an example for others to follow.
