  I have to admit that this place exceeded my expectations; I was a bit skeptical from reading the reviews. Worth the money if you're on a budget. The check in process was quick and easy once I decided to stay lol. My room was extremely clean with cold AC and the location is very convenient to I4, shopping, gas stations, and dining. There were no bed bugs or roaches, and the room came with a microwave and refrigerator; the refrigerator didn't work, and I didn't use the microwave so it wasn't a big deal to me. The staff from the front desk to the maids were helpful and polite. I only saw the police ONCE during my stay and they were just doing a ride through and left. There were no fights or issues, but it seemed to be a place where everyone got along very well with each other. A parking decal was given along with a sheet of rules which I didn't have a problem with. The pool was clean as well as the property as a whole. As a note, if you book thru booking dot com it's cheaper to just book your room directly, because weekly rates are $275 (not including tax).

  me and my family have been staying here for about 3 months now, and i currently work here. im not leaving a 4/5 review because of that though. management is very nice and most of the rest of the staff. when we first came here (i was not an employee at the time) it was the cheapest one we could find, and we had checked a few other motels, none of them would suit us. there are a few issues here, but the issues are not with management. also when there is an issue, management does deal with it to the best of their ability. there is not bed bugs in any of the rooms that i have had to enter to fix things in. there are palmento bugs, but they are outside. we have been spraying (critter killer that is pet and child safe) around the grounds. the rooms are continuously being upgraded. there is security to ensure the safety of all guests. i would recommend this place to friends and family, just maybe on a different side then where we stay
