RETURN PROCESS PSA:
It would be a 5 star, however I do not agree with the refund process.
I waited over a month for my couch and was then told it would be another month and half.
Fine, no worries, understandable.
I then requested a refund of my payment.
If I pay credit, refund my card.
If I paycheck, mail me a check
And if I pay cash then give my cash back.
However they will not do that.
They will only issue me a check that I now need to take my time and gas to go cash it at their bank.
I'm a business owner that's thankful to busy in this pandemic to support my family and this is an inconvenience that could have been avoided.
Personally we would never inconvenience our clients of 34 years like this.
Great prices and products, I'm just not a fan of and disagree with the refund process and thaught people should know. Thanks.

Honestly, some of the nicest people I have ever had the privilege to work with. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they really made me feel at home. The service was amazing, I found what I wanted and had it all delivered with no problems at all. I strongly recommend All American for all your furniture and mattress needs! Support local businesses especially when they have better product and prices than a lot of the "big box" store.

The owner, Bonnie is great to work with. She really takes the time to talk with you and select the furniture that matches your style. This place has been here for many years and they have financing if you need that. I'm attaching a photo of our living and dining room.
