(September 8, 2019, 1:18 pm)I called with an urgent issue with my system. I was told that a technician would contact me soon. I was so concerned, I called another company immediately, with whom I arranged to hire for the emergency work. Robby (himself) called, shortly after I arranged the work with to other place. He still took time to help me understand my system better and, knowing I hired another company, took even more of his time to help me with suggestions and provided me with advanced knowledge, so I would be prepared enough to make informed decisions on any future work.
I almost hope the other company is a no-show, so I can work with Robby's crew. He will definitely be the first call I make when I need future work! -

(September 2, 2019, 2:12 pm)I called Robby and he was very helpful and took time to answer questions and give advice, even though it meant that he would not be servicing the tank this time. For someone I've never met to honest and up front, it meant that he won't have a service call this time, but I will definitely call him whenever my septic tank needs servicing. I would give 10 stars if I could.

(September 1, 2019, 6:18 pm)Robby came out the same day and on a weekend Sunday to be exact also during a possible hurricane. He was very knowledgeable showed us everything step by step. Also showed us what the prior septic company did not do. Prices were reasonable i highly recommend them.

(July 14, 2019, 4:24 pm)WOW! Who would ever think that one could become so educated just because they thought that they needed the septic system pumped? My husband and I were at a loss to find a reputable professional to come out and access our issue. We expected the worst case scenario (we are in Florida and do not know of anyone in this area... With all of the stories that you hear about people getting the raw end of a deal with contractors... we were unsure as to where to turn.) Thankfully, for recommendations on FB and Google we went with Robby's.
A blessing in disguise! Robby and his team got to us within 24 hours and made a full professional assessment of the situation at our home and much to our surprise we were up and running with out a pump out. We needed our filter cleaned, which Robby's team did and Robby educated us as to how we should be maintaining our current system. His pricing is reasonable and he just truly cares about whats happening!! We highly recommend Robby's Septic Tank & Plumbing Service!! -

They pumped out both sides of the septic tank, cleaned the filter, rinsed out the lines from the house, AND explained everything to us and taught us how to maintain everything. Robby' has 48 years experience in septic and plumbing . He is passionate about what he does, is very professional, and a wonderful teacher. We will be using Robby from now on. He IS our septic guy.
