  The wait and service was acceptable. I didn’t have to wait long after completing my paperwork and paying the fee. Once that was done I was immediately called back. I came back, checked in and released all within five minutes. The only thing that didn’t bothered me was not being able to receive a copy of my test results. I was informed that it would be sent to the company that referred me to you. I think if the person asks they should be entitled to a copy as well. Otherwise all was well.

  I would give 4-1/2 but i can’t. I pre-filled out the paper work before coming to this place for a physical/DOT. I handed the paperwork provided from my employer. After signing in I had to refill out the questions again. No big deal was the only issue I had. Everyone there was friendly and punctual. I’d definitely go there again.

  Everyone was very professional and kind. I just wish you would allow a doctor to give medical clearance for surgery even if the patient is not an established patient. It sure would have been much easier for me and my referring surgeon. I'm still looking for a doctor to clear me for surgery. Very inconvenient.what a headache.
