(September 17, 2019, 9:37 pm)This complex is a great place to settle as a new comer to Florida and Lakeland. The price is very high, but you have great community assets and amazing location! Right next to the polk Parkway and close to the grocery store and shops!

I have had very minor things that needed to be fixed in my apartment and I put in a request to have them fixed and they are very quick to get the work done and send me a notice that it has been taken care of. The management team are amazing and friendly woman that make you feel great about living here. I love that the grounds are always kept up with and they are always doing things to make our community look the best it can. I highly recommend living here. -

(June 9, 2019, 3:04 pm)What we like most about living here is the location. The shopping center adjacent to the complex is very nice. There are a good number of retail stores that offer a variety of products. There are several different types of restaurants, from quick service, to sit down style. My favorite restaurant is BD Mongolian Grill. I love the variety of meats and vegetables available. There's also a large movie theater for dinner and date night. With IMAX screens inside, there are more choices available. The convenience is great. We just walk across the parking lot. We never have to worry about traffic or parking when we go shopping, or out for a meal and a movie. A little overindulgence at the bars inside the restaurants. No problem, just walk across the parking lot, and we're home in a few minutes.
