  Todd with All Pro Plumbing was very helpful and explained everything very well and in detail, and was great about not running the cost up. We are going to try out the most inexpensive solution first at his suggestion before trying anything else. I appreciate the honesty and the full explanation of what he was doing, and the willingness to test out the cheapest solution before trying anything else. Would definitely recommend All Pro Plumbing. They have all been very friendly and polite.

  Called All Pro this morning to get out water heater fixed. The gentleman that answered was polite and courteous and had a service tech to my house within several hours. The service tech Todd came out in the middle of a holiday, Memorial Day, and was professional and expedient in helping to diagnose and fix our water heater. Will definitely call this company again for any future plumbing needs.

  WOW This business is straight up, accurate, doesn't half step, or play around.
  All I can say is WOW!
  From the lady Michelle who sent someone out immediately on a Saturday, to Duran the plumber who responded to my plea for help for a sewage backup, to the supervisor Ben that came on Monday to diagnose and price out the job, all the way to Mike (and God forgive me I forgot the young gentleman's name) his apprentice who worked hard as hell to get my plumbing corrected from a really bad home flipper who had no clue what the heck they were doing.
  The work they messed up wasn't even close to compliance with codes & if ALL PRO hadn't come to my rescue, my home may have been deemed uninhabitable due to raw sewage leaking under my home and backed up into my half bath and living room.
  These gentlemen worked 12 hours at my home in the heat and under a mobile home no less, in dirt and did everything right; with the proper plumbing and corrected every issue I had. $5600 well spent for an entirely new & proper sewage & drain system that's up to code.
  They cleaned up and put everything back like they found it.
  I will never use another plumbing company for the rest of my life.
  I'm a senior lady and they all truly looked out for me. God will bless all of you for being honest, fair, polite, and most of all helping an old lady out.
  If I could adopt each and every one of them I would!

  Omg!!! Matt is just amazing. We had a walk in tub for handicap use. Had a million issues from the start of installation and Lowe’s would not come back to fix. Long story. One visit, BAMM tub now works. No leaks, Jett’s and blower now works! We couldn’t be happier!!! Call All Pro Plumbing for sure!

  Update:
  After several hurdles, my utility sink is finally installed completely. The frustrations previously noted can’t be erased. What was most frustrating was the fact that I’ve used All Pro Plumbing on several previous occasions over the past few years and had no problems.
  Grant (the plumber throughout the job) has been very understanding and either addressed directly, or listened attentively to, why what took place over the past few weeks caused my frustration, and I appreciate that. As a result, I feel confident that I can continue to utilize All Pro Plumbing and just “chalk” this up as an unfortunate experience.
  
  It's been over two weeks since being charged for a job that's still not complete. Attempts to get information about status, as well as an itemized bill have been unsuccessful.
  
  Update: I am still waiting for an [requested previously] itemized bill. Even though service has not yet been completed, my VISA account was charged the full amount on Jan 16 (10 days ago).
  
  Terrible service from the company. The plumber (Grant) has tried to make things right.
  - Initially called to have drain pipe repaired on a utility sink.
  - Plumber pointed out problem and need to replace entire sink.
  - Incorrect sink was ordered by the company (wall mount instead of floor version with legs).
  - Didn’t realize different sizes, and smaller size had been ordered.
  - Plumber installed with legs from old sink as temp until correct legs could be ordered.
  - Service was scheduled for Monday afternoon. Received a call late morning that the plumber was out sick and no one else was available.
  - Installation scheduled for following day (Tuesday) and given window of 8:00 to 10:00.
  - Received call from company at 10:30 that there was a problem with the order and part(s) were sent somewhere else.
  - Later that day (Tuesday) I received a text message from the company that service was scheduled for Wednesday (between 8 and 10). I had never been contacted to discuss this and agree on a convenient time. No one showed up. I did receive a call (about 10:45 am) from the owner wanting to “make things right.” My reply was that I just want the job done and want an itemized bill since my VISA had been charged the full amount and the job had yet to be completed.
  - I have requested that a new (correct size) sink be ordered and installed with no additional charge.
