Joann was the outstanding customer service salesperson, answered all questions and demonstrated features of the new phone and MetroPCS service. Explain clearly billing issues, Insurance of device issues. My friend had to go back in a couple days later with some questions, Joanne patiently answered them all, again demonstrating best practice 4 solving problems on the phone in the future. Joanne the Great representative for Metro PCS, and in my opinion, her boss should pay her a bonus. She does a great job!”

“Albert was able to fix my problem in 5 minutes. After 16 calls to 611 Customer Service and hours on the phone and 15 disconnections in the last 24 hours it was extremely relieving that he was able to get into the solution so quickly . Customer service at 611 definitely needs some help. All the want to do is reset the network and then the phone hangs up... not fixing the problem causing you to call back and repeat yourself 16 different times. If your needing help on your phone I would advise you just go to the corporate store and ask for Albert... HE knows what he's doing”

“Crazy story... an older woman from our church called us up to gift a piano to our family. My 15yo step-son has taught himself to play bits of piano music from YouTube & apps. Of course, having a full size piano was a dream to him so we accepted the gift. This thing hadn’t been touched in over 20+ years! Bruce, the piano guy, came out immediately to tune her up. He took a dusty antique and literally made it come to life with beautiful music. When we moved, we called Bruce to handle it. When she needs a tune up, we call Bruce. He’s super dedicated. Best part is he’s willing to fit into our crazy schedule and makes piano maintenance affordable. We are so glad he returned my crazy call when I randomly dialed him up to request him “tune some free piano our family received.” Thank you, Bruce!!”

“Best record store in about a 50 mile square radius to find great deals on used vinyl. 1000's of used vinyls under $10 and hundreds at $1 or $2. Quality of even the cheap records has been good to excellent. Jesse herself is very knowledgable and a pleasant store manager. Inventory changes out frequently and almost every week, there's new deals to be had. They have newer vinyl too at great prices, as well as a nice assortment of cassettes too!”

She is patient and caring and above all she is passionate about music and teaching. My son loves and enjoys going to practice!
