“I had surgery today at Bartow Regional Medical Center. From the moment I walked in I felt the staff truly cared about me and was so kind. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was so professional. My intake receptionist was thorough, sweet, and was smiling at me to help calm my nerves! I need to take a moment to talk about the nursing staff! Oh my goodness these ladies were AMAZING! I have always had the most amazing nurses but these ladies went above and beyond to comfort me and one nurse hugged me because I was crying and I needed I truly needed a hug. I then received a card that all of the nursing staff signed and gave it to me. My Anesthesiologist was so sweet and made sure that I was taken care of also!
