My AC stopped working and as soon as I called Ken had a Tech out to my house in less than 30 minutes. Carlos arrived looking very profesional and is quite possibly the most knowledgeable AC technician that I have ever met. Being somewhat technical myself, I was astonished at how quickly Carlos identified my issue which was a hole in my condenser intake line.
