  I will forever be greatful to the wonderful young lady that explained me about the General Delivery service USPS has to offer. Even though she was busy all the time, she was very kind and polite every single day I went to pick up my packages during my stay in Orlando. It meant a lot for me and my family. Walter Orellana.

  I like this post office. I actually prefer small post office’s because the service is great and you get to know the people who work there. It’s never been very busy while I was there.
  I do understand the one star because anytime I’ve been there the same girl is behind the counter. I know she’s not alone because I hear someone in back talking. I hope whoever that is comes out and helps her when it does get busy.

  Carmen and her staff are amazing! We are in the process of moving into the area and never did I imagine that a quick phone call to a tiny little post office in Laughman Florida would be so pleasant. Carmen was quick and honest with her answers to my questions, very welcoming and warm and provided amazing customer service to a family from New Jersey who is moving to Florida and looking for some help. I can't wait to meet Carmen in person! You are simply the best!--Gayle Pagano
