My 1st visit was a 2pm afternoon appt. They were pleasent and prompt, personable and attentive. Nurse's were pleasent, kind and very easy going and made me feel comfortable. My doctor/ ? I can't remember the term used by the nurse, but at any rate Ms.Hill was very professional, personable and easy to speak with...not to mention intelligent and well informed and made it easy for myself to be quite comfortable and at ease. I was extremely pleased with my 1st experience with not only Doctor Hill but the staff as well. Note; before writing this review, I had read several unsavory one's and I must say I experienced none of what I read. I certainly hope this review is placed where it also can be read, bcus my experience was quite exceptional in any circumstance and I look forward to their excellent service's.

Dawn Hill is amazing and I actually look forward to my appointments with her. She and her staff make me feel so understood and welcome. I didn't have primary care for over a decade for fear of being scolded or ridiculed about my weight or condition. Hill and her staff truly care about their patients. She cares, but does not coddle and has no fear of telling you what you need to hear in a compassionate way. I see a lot of reviews on here complaining about the waot time. I know you have busy lives, but I'd rather wait for someone that makes me feel like I matter and wants to help me with my health rather than someone who just thinks my money matters. Hill takes her time with each patient to make sure they have what's necessary to be happier and healthier. In this day and age, that's something very rare. I've referred several friends to Hill and they agree that she's the best.
I’m so very happy with the very kind and caring staff. They helped me when I didn’t know who could. And made me feel comfortable. Nurse practitioner was very caring and . I have no complaints. 5 star!!
