  I have never rated a company online, but I find it necessary to make an exception to offer praise and appreciation because of the level of professionalism and excellent customer service that I received from Melissa Knowles. Melisa is an outstanding agent who went above and beyond to assist me in my time of need. I have never experienced a hurricane before and felt like a fish out of water. I called Melissa without of clue about where to begin pertaining to the process of filing a claim and getting my damaged roof replaced. I have dealt with other agents in the past regarding other claims and felt like the entire process was painful, but I felt blessed dealing with Melisa since she came to my rescue. Whatever questions I asked she provided an answer even if it meant she needed to find out and get back to me. I realize that some of my request was not in her scope, but she ALWAYS find a way to help or guide me. She was my one stop agent.
