  Excellent people, tour and lots of FUN!!! Highly recommended for all young and old. Loads of real Florida information and well worth time. Will return soon to do again!!

  This is worth the visit. The staff are down to earth, they know the animals and they are very personable. We had an amazing time and will be back. PS Rachel gets 5 stars also ???? and thank you Captain Joe my Mom enjoyed herself

  First impression, well i must say I was a little sceptical and wasn't even sure we were at the right place. After checking in we were grouped with another family for what I would call "Gator 101" with miss Rachel. She is so knowledgeable about gators and a natural as an instructor mixing in some humor which we all enjoyed. After some mentoring we were able to handle some smaller gators with close supervision of course. After that we ventured off on an air boat with captain Joe. Super great guy and fun to be around. Joe was awesome how he interacted with us and our kids so we were all involved. He told us everything we wanted to know about the birds, turtles, bald eagles, snakes, gators and plants. If you're considering an air boat tour I highly recommend Captain Fred's. Quality memories made here. Thank you to all the caring and hilarious staff. We all had a blast, and the kids loved every minute. We'll be back!

  We were looking for something fun to do today and found Captain Fred’s tours. After reading the great reviews we stopped in. Our timing was perfect and they were able to accommodate us on the next run. I would recommend reservations though , we got lucky . We met nice people from the staff to the other customers . Young alligators were featured in an educational session before we boarded the airboat . Captain Luke gave us a great ride and shared his knowledge of the area and wildlife with a bit of comedy included. Ms Rachel really knows and loves her gators! I agree with all the other great reviews. You won’t be disappointed .

  The hubby and I were invited to go on this airboat tour. At first, I didn't really want to go, but since we were in Florida, home of the gators, I thought "why not". I may regret it. So you listen and learn about the gators and even get to hold them. At first I didn't want to hold it but thought, "when will I ever have this opportunity to hold these creatures". So I did and it was amazing. The actual tour of going out on the swamp land was a great experience. We saw birds, a bald eagle, and a momma gator in its habitat. She was protecting her eggs. The tour lasts about 2 hours. Our tour driver Luke was a lot of fun. Try this tour and hold a gator..you won't regret it.
