“I had surgery today at Bartow Regional Medical Center. From the moment I walked in I felt the staff truly cared about me and was so kind. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was so professional. My intake receptionist was thorough, sweet, and was smiling at me to help calm my nerves! I need to take a moment to talk about the nursing staff! Oh my goodness these ladies were AMAZING! I have always had the most amazing nurses but these ladies went above and beyond to comfort me and one nurse hugged me because I was crying and I needed I truly needed a hug. I then received a card that all of the nursing staff signed and gave it to me. My Anesthesiologist was so sweet and made sure that I was taken care of also! To my Doctor who did my surgery thank you for hand picking the best nursing staff! Dr. Matt thank you so much! To Dr Matt, Jennifer, Hazel, Patty, Destiny, and Al thank you from the bottom of my heart for the compassion you showed me today!”
