“This company is a hidden GEM, honest to god best customer service I have ever experienced with a company. I found this company about 6 years ago and really couldn't believe the warranty on their product. So I bit the bullet and purchased their water softner. It was a bit pricey compared to their competitors but I decided that with the warranty it was almost worth paying the extra price tag. I had a hose bust 3 years later, I called Alton (installer/sales person) and told him that a hose ruptured coming out the side of the machine. Alton came out that same day, drove from Lakeland to Orlando where I live and made the repair free of charge. Here we are, 6 years later and I noticed at 6am that I had blackish cloudy water flowing out of the faucets after a little bit of research I realized it was my water softner. I sent him an EMAIL at 0630 thinking I would have to follow it up with a phone call around 9am and he called me at 0830. He told me that the basin was due for a change and it was covered under my warranty and that he would be out to fix it. I was expecting a rug pull like most other companies do when they sell you a product with a warranty, NOT THIS COMPANY. I was blown away and decided to leave this review, I wish I left this 6 years ago to help this company grow but did not realize how great the product was and how much better the service is. Thank you Alton for taking care of our family, we will be telling everyone about Aquasoft.”

“The store is well staffed with helpful employees. They have all kinds of items from a mini grocery to a many home items the only downside is that the common area outside the store is not kept up. The sidewalks and other areas suffer from chronic neglect. That may not be the stores responsibility though so I don't mark the review down for it”
