“We arrived at this dealer after being recommend by family members. We were still skeptical, tired, and a bit salty from the whole car shopping ordeal after being traumatized from an extremely bad experience with Lakeland Toyota. (Feel free to read my review of them on Google for the whole story.) Chris, our sales representative was amazing! He was patient, used none of the classic sales manipulation strategies we were well prepared to encounter, and instead of selling us the SUV that HE wanted, he sold us the one that he knew WE wanted, even managing to get our payments into an affordable budget plan WITH a wonderful warranty. We ended buying a beautiful 2018 JEEP Compass, leather seats and all the top of the line features with 25k miles and we love it! I feel safer knowing my kids have a well built vehicle to ride in and I feel great knowing we were able to support a family owned business that treats their customers like family as well. We have a later model Toyota Sienna that we formerly had serviced at Lakeland Toyota, but after our bad experience there, Regal will be the only place we go to for maintenance, repairs and vehicle purchases when we're ready to trade that in also. Don't waste your time anywhere else. I definitely recommend going to Regal, unless you have a preference for spending an entire Saturday purchasing a car you had to settle for only to have it break down 1.7 miles later after it was supposedly inspected. In which case, go to Lakeland Toyota or better yet, donate that money to charity instead.”

It started with Darrel, who knows my likes based on my history with Regal, and made vehicle recommendations that aligned with my preferences. “This was our first time there at this location. The prices were good . The kids meal was a good price . My grandson had a plain cheeseburger and he didn't finish it . I did . Sorry to say it but the plain burger tasted better than McDonald's or Wendy's. I tried the 6 inch cheesesteak. It's nothing fancy but i really liked it . It didn't cost much . There is so much to choose from so if you want less expensive meal go to Sonic . You can eat inside but they are remodeling so there isn't a lot of space . But they were very friendly.”

“My husband past away on July 30, 2019. We contacted Heath Funeral Chapel and spoke to Rusty. He made a very devastating time in my life and that of my family as caring and as perfect as we could have hoped. We asked for a few special things and he took care of them quickly and made a very hard time easier. I was not aware of Heath Funeral Chapel because we had only moved to Lakeland a few months ago. When Hospice told us to make arrangements quickly we took a chance and called them. Please feel confident that your loved one will be taken care of with respect even to the smallest details. “Had a fantastic experience here stopping by on a Sunday evening. The store was locked up in spite of the fact that it still was within their posted schedule, so I called the number listed in the window. I learned that they were closed in anticipation of little business during the super bowl, but they were so considerate that they sent an employee to open up for a few minutes just to help me! Possibly the most consideration for a single customer I've ever seen from a business. Cannot recommend this shop enough.”

I did not spend much time at all at the dealer and they followed through with every promise. I love my truck!
