  I had a lot of problems with their service department; however, they did ultimately do their best to correct the mistakes. Their GM Bob Kennedy called me throughout the process and is great to work with.

  Awsome place people are friendly and courteous well knowledged especially Eddie who is always taken care of whatever I may need a very timely fashion can't say enough about the place

  Bobby was incredible to deal with while buying a new golf cart. He was prompt to our appointment time, super knowledgeable and was easy to deal with. Everything that he said would happen, such as the delivery time and other things, happened just as he promised. Can’t say enough about him and the service level he provided.

  Bought a golf cart from Brady . Long story here as I have been trying to get someone to call me back for two weeks now . The cart will not hold a charge . Brady told us the battery’s would be good for another two years before we would need to replace them . This thing won’t make it around the block . I finally spoke with Bob Kennedy on Wednesday . Someone was supposed to pick it up on Thursday . No one shows up . I spoke with Bob again Thursday afternoon . Shannon scheduled with me to pick it up today Friday between 2and 4 pm . They close at five . I’ve been trying to call since 4:15 no one will answer . To be continued next week . Update : I would like to thank Bob Kennedy for his prompt supervision After learning of my experiences. The golf cart was picked up the day after this post . It was returned the next day and has been working fine ever since .
