“I was somewhat late in the day arriving so 2 hours wasn't bad. There were a lot of cars ahead of me. I usually get there at opening time and am done in a jiffy. While there I had lunch with the gentleman who sold me my car. Aundrae McGee. He's an awesome sales rep, no pressure and very knowledgeable. While we were eating, the gentleman in the service department that I always deal with, Robert Blackburn, walked by and called me by name! I knew he would recognize my face but wow, to remember my name! That's what I call awesome! I also got a little issue with the window tinting fixed that I didn't really expect to be done today. “Just went this morning to upgrade my phone and the service was incredible, Noor, the manager that helped me was very friendly and speedy, he helped me transfer my phone data and got me going within 30 minutes, but the service was so great it felt like 10! His coworker Alex was also very helpful as well and both were a pleasure to talk to ! The store condition was perfect and the best service I've ever received from a T-Mobile store ever!
