“We had a wonderful 2 day rest here. Most accommodating to all our needs & even made us a fresh pot coffee for our drive home at 4am. The lemon ice water was my favorite, very refreshing on hot days. Beds were magical, lol...we rested most comfortably. I highly recommend staying here!”

“Pretty good place to stay. The staff was super friendly, everything was awesome. Super clean! The only thing is it is a pet friendly hotel. The customers were hanging out in the hallways with noisy barking dogs at 2 AM. There were way to many customers with dogs, even pitt bulls which I did not like due to the fact I have 2 toddlers who still do not understand to not pet strangers dogs. Breakfast was good can’t complain when it is free! Pool could use a cleaning. The insides are greasy. But over all a great place to stay with excellent prices!!!!”

“Diamond D food store is a 24/7 Gas Station that serves Gasoline, Oil, Transmission fluid, power steering fluid, two stroke engine oil as well They also have an awesome variety of assorted snacks everything from off brand and Popular brand soda from Cans, Bottles, and even by the Gallon. They do not have a fountain machine but they have that ice machine that you die for and they sell it by the bag! they also have the leading Rap snacks. They carry everything from Candy weather you have a Chocolate sweet tooth or a good old fashioned fruit flavored candy it's definitely a spot to stop at. Their Cigarette and Cigar prices are UNBEATABLE. Lowest on the market but excellent quality due to amount of items sold. The owners name is Hassan, he is a very awesome individual, he's very friends and has been in the community for many years he takes his store very serious and makes for a job well done. Unfortunately the store does have it'd fair share of the homeless who LOVE to ask for cigarettes. They would have a sign that says "DO NOT PASS THEM OUT" If they could and probably should.... Other than that it's a fantastic quick stop shop to rock and roll”

“"Luke's mother " says it's a "scary " place to be...why? Because it's in predominantly black neighborhood? the gentlemen that own it are so nice and have everything I need waiting at the counter for me when I walk in. Sure there's the occasional drunk bum outside asking for spare change, but that's happening everywhere now. So aside from that the coastal is a just fine gas station and if it's too scary for you there's a 7-11 not even half a mile down the road”
