Great service. Got us hard to find hinges that were very much needed. It was not a large sale but I got their full attention and more. Thank you.

The Sarasota Office of Richelieu is ALWAYS willing to help! They have wonderful customer service skills! When you have a difficulty they resolve it promptly with wonderful communication and follow through. Devin and all the staff do a great job! We love doing business with them!

The front desk was very polite, there was a bunch of carpenters there getting stuff. I was there just to look at knobs, they explained to me that they are a wholesaler but they could still sell to me. He said he couldn’t help me design the look but I found some that I liked an gave him the item number from a clip board he gave me. When he finished with the customer he gave me the prices and I choose the best one. He told me it wasn’t in stock so I got upset but then he said it would only take a day and he could even ship it to my house!!! All in all it was a great experience! I’m so glad they were able to sale to me cause they have great quality products 😊😊😊
