My fiancé and I went to their shop to pick out our wedding bands and I brought my engagement ring back to be polished. Let me tell you their customer service is unmatched! They are kind, honest, and reliable which is so hard to find now a days. They weren’t pushy with us making a choice that day and even encouraged us to look at other shops. I love that they took the time to go through multiple ring options and were patient. When I went to pick up my engagement ring my jaw literally fell to the floor with how stunning it looked. It looked even better than the day I got it. It’s so hard to find shops with ethics and great customer service. They really made the experience amazing for us! “I found Luisa using google maps. Her store is less than 10 minutes from home. Her place is neat and clean. I was welcomed warmly. I brought in 2 jackets that needed alterations to the sleeves. She asked me when I need them for to which I replied this coming Monday which was only 5 days from when I brought them in. The store where I bought them gave me a date 3 weeks out which definitely didn’t work for me. I picked the jackets up on Monday as promised. Her prices were very reasonably. I’ll definitely be back. She’s even got an embroidery machine!”
