“I’m not one to really take the time to write a letter of recommendation, but my wife and I recently had an experience with a real estate agent that was truly exceptional to the extent that I could not, in good conscience, continue without singing here praises. Marieste Emura with Keller Williams in Sarasota had sold several houses in our neighborhood in Center Gate. She would occasionally knock on our door and introduce herself in case we were interested in listing our home. She wasn’t pushy just very friendly. When we did decide to list we had spoke with several agents, Marieste seemed more concerned with what we wanted instead of selling a home quickly. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with every decision. She was happy to go along with our higher than market starting price. Because my wife was protective of her home Marieste suggested we just start with three days of realtor guided appointments. She really got the word out, had incredible photos taken and scheduled appointments one after the other. She had garnered so much interest in our house that she stayed late every night to make sure she accommodated all the realtors who wanted to view our home. “Pestguard tented my home last weekend. They were one of the few companies that would do a very large house and the price was competitive. They were recommended to me by a very reputable smaller termite tenting company that could not handle the job. They arrived on Friday morning of treatment with four trucks and a dozen guys, tented the house and were pumping gas by noon. They pulled the tent Saturday afternoon, aired out the home overnight and cleared it Sunday morning. I have a tile roof and they were very careful not to damage the tiles and I can see no damage whatsoever on my landscaping. The salesman, crew and management were all great tot deal with and were very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your tenting needs.”

“St. John's United Methodist Church is my second home. I want to be there every day. Pastor Jaime is a kind,caring,loving Pastor who always makes time to meet someone that is visiting for the first time. In addition he will always make time for his congregation members. Pastor will talk with you anytime you need him. Heidi is our front desk receptionist but, she is so much more. She too will take time to pray with you, talk you through a problem and calls to check on you if you are home sick. Krista Mulhollen is the Student Ministry Leader and she is amazing. When we started to attend Church and took my 15 year old son (at the time) she just took him under her wings. In addition to the other people that are part of Student Ministry . My son didn't have a relationship with God when we first started taking him to Church. He has been confirmed and Baptized for one year and his faith, undestanding and love for God makes my heart so very happy. He is now 17 and won't miss anything because he loves it so much. With the world we live in today, I'm so thankful he feels this way. From the minute you walk through the door there are warm smiling faces waiting to greet you and introduce you around. St. John's. We have our Spiritual home and family there. The Chuch plans many family fun events, Student Ministry events and Bible Study classes. We have one amazing week of Vacation Bible School for Pre-K-4th grade. 5th and 6th graders get to be JuniorGuides. High School age Students get to help out as well and earn Community Service Hours. Trish is the head of Christ 4 kidz for the younger students. There's always something for every age group to become involved with. I encourage you to come and visit us. We have three services on Sundays. 8am and 11am traditional service and 9:30 Contemporary Service. Our Praise band moves you and has the Congregation singing and Worshiping followed by a wonderful message from Pastor Jaime. The other two services have a beautiful Choir and together you sing traditional Hyms also followed by the Sermon from the Pastor. Go online to St. John's United Methodist Church and check out all of our Adult and Student classes. We also have lovely people that run the nursery for the little ones. If you are looking for a Church we invite you to come and see for yourself all the wonderful parts that make up St. John's.”
