“Quick response to provide estimate and schedule the job. Crew was on time all the way out on Anna Maria Island. They removed a little over 600 sq ft of old nasty carpet and padding in two rooms and cleaned the concrete. They then put down the new laminate flooring and preserved the original baseboards. They worked quietly and quickly and cleaned up after they finished. They put all the packaging into the recycle bins. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring. I am a contractors daughter so I am picky. This says a lot.”

“Stayed here in January this year and had the best time with my family. Easy parking once you get onto the property and each condo is so beautiful. The entire property has gorgeous Florida landscaping and I love seeing the lizards walk around! I got a condo with the bay view and we saw dolphins just about every morning swimming around. The pool is extremely nice as well and you can fish right off the docks around it. Best part is the beach and restaurants and water activities are all walking distance from the property! It doesn’t get a little busy on the bridge coming on so just plan to leave a bit early if need be. Overall great experience and I would definitely stay again!”

Had only a few days here recently, and needed some minor finishing touches, and Kate was able to schedule someone to come here within 24 hours. “I’m not a staff member at this facility, but I’ve been picking up shifts here with my agency Kare for about two to three months now and this facility never ceases to amaze me. I usually pick up in the memory care unit, and my experience so far has been nothing short of perfect. I love how interactive the staff are with the residents, how they are always keeping the residents active and involved, and how they work hard to provide the best care that they can for the residents. The staff members are extremely welcoming and friendly. They didn’t treat me horrible like some facilities that I picked up at with my agency before, which was really nice because I didn’t feel like an outsider, I felt as if I was one of the staff members. If I lived closer I would love to work here as a staff member, but for now I’ll make the drive from Tampa to work here whenever I’m free”
