“I originally came to Designs By Hope Yoder when I had seen their watch bands. I could not find the style I had envisioned and I was able to work with Jill to be able to design my own band. I sent idea pictures and told Jill what I wanted and she brought it to life. She sent me a mock up and asked for feedback. When I wanted one minor thing adjusted she had a new mock up sent to me within minutes. This was the smoothest process for a custom order that I have ever had. Funny thing, when Jill was sending me pictures of colors of watch bands I fell in LOVE with the one she was wearing. She was so kind and was able to make me a second one so quickly and include it with my first order for shipping. I can’t wait to order more items, and work with Jill to design some more projects. Church doesn’t stop here on Sunday. COVID has not defeated this organization and we take pride in keeping the sanctuary open with social distancing and cleaning between two services. “Lael was VERY patient with us as we planned our first vacation to Italy. She carefully listened to what we were hoping for, provided multiple options, helped us when we couldn’t decide, and then put together an incredible itinerary. She was there at all the right times. When one of the tour guides was late, we called the company - it went to VM. Unsure what to do next, we did what she suggested to us more than once while planning - we contacted Lael. Within minutes we had a call from the company with explanation (car trouble) and a driver/guide was there minutes later. The hotels she recommended were less expensive than the ones we were considering and much nicer. The food recommendations were wow! She asks you what you want and then she makes it happen.
