Asked a lot of question to make sure what my father needed and scheduled a time for him to come in for a consultation. Took him in did and Kevin did the exam as well. After the exam walked us through what he would need. No unnecessary upsell, pressure to buy anything. Recommend a few things at different price points and talked about options through insurance as well, but that was it. Told us they can order what we need when we were ready or can ask arround to see who can accommodate us better if needed. Decided to order the hearing aids through them and came in fast and work great. My Father is very pleased with them and say they fit comfortably and can definitely hear more clearly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone with needs for hearing devices!”
