“Nice place for the family or couples to enjoy fishing, playing or enjoying their live concerts. Not enough parking for the concerts. Get there way early. Would be nice if they changed the locks on the bathrooms that display occupied or open as every time I'm in there people shake the handle or knock over and over even though I shout out " I'll be out in a few"”

“Pool of water on a holiday weekend resulted in lining up a new hotwater heater. Tryed the big box store where they request $35 to have someone come out measure your space and then determine which water heater you need to go back to the store and pay for. If you are lucky it might take five days if it's not "season". Titanz sent someone over with the water heater the next day after I called them. All I had to do was tell them how big my space was, and if you can use a measuring tape that shouldn't be a problem. The technician could not have been friendlier,more informative, and he didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman.It was an overall great experience. I recommend them. BD- you're the best ! One piece of advice; replace your hot water heater before you really need to. Like 10 yrs. old.Oh yeah, they also remove the old one.”

“We truly enjoyed the resort. Beautiful rooms and landscaping. We just had a bit of bad luck while we were there. The first night we had extremely noisy upstairs neighbors during the middle of the night. Sounded as if they were remodeling. Thankfully they checked out the next morning; however, our a/c quit working. We also lost an entire dozen donuts the first night to sugar ants. $13 dollars down the drain. Mark moved us to another room to sleep while it was to be repaired. They had problems with the parts and we were finally completely moved to the other room to finish out our time- although we had to do all of the moving from room to room- took several trips. Before we were completely moved, we were having to "live" in both rooms. Although we had these inconveniences, Mark was extremely courteous and helpful during this time.”

“Lush landscaping, a beautiful patch of paradise. Close to town and includes everything you need for a relaxing (or active) stay in Venice. Super clean and well stocked, including coffee, spices, and has a Brita filter in the fridge, which was VERY cold (don’t turn up or it will freeze things). Staff is super friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy. Couple things could be refreshed, but in great shape for age of this unique property. Will stay here again 200%.”

“Dr. Friedman is a consummate professional. He knows his profession. He can make decisions on your behalf correctly in seconds and act on them. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for eye surgery. He removed my cataract and replaced it with a custom J&J Technis Synergy interocular lens, did a laser procedure on my cornea, and now I see better than when I was in my 20s. I chose the Platinum package and I could not be happier. Money well spent. I have not used glasses, (other than sun glasses) since my surgery. The team that supports him is very professional, and gave me excellent care. I would also like to thank Dr. Rubin in Venice. Excellent follow up an your staff is well trained and very professional. “I stayed one night this past weekend because I had a friend vacationing in Siesta Key who I was coming to visit. I arrived much earlier than check in allowed and just wanted to park my car so I could walk down to the beach and her condo, but the front desk agent kindly allowed me to check in early, which allowed me to get settled quickly and then go about my day. I didn't spend much time in the room, but it was immaculately clean and roomy with a spacious kitchenette. There is also a pool nearby that they share with the surrounding resorts. The walkway to the beach is very close and took less than 2 minutes to get to the beautiful white sand. I did have a few mosquitos in my room, but I think that was probably due to the location of my room which was tucked away in the foliage (where mosquitos hang out). Overall this was an excellent find considering the location and the value. I'm already looking at dates next year to come back and bring the family this time!”
