Batteries Plus made the process of replacing our iPhone batteries quick and easy whereas it was hassle at Best Buy and at the Apple Store. Furthermore, their price was less! Lastly, Sean was competent and friendly.

It’s the first time I’ve been here and I guarantee it will not be the last, when I say these guys are the best I absolutely mean it. I bought the battery online and they do installs at the store, when I came to get the battery it was a cold rainy day and they still installed the battery without any complaints. I have a mini Cooper countryman and installation is no easy task but Dylan sat out in the rain and installed it perfectly. I’m pretty sure he’s going to have to go home and change, as it wasn’t a light drizzle.
Another added plus is every batter they sell is American made and mine came with a four year warranty and in Texas that’s saying a lot!

Sean was so attentive and helpful. He replaced my key fab battery that I had replaced by this store back in 2020. I then asked him to check my battery and he guided me to purchase a new one. I am about to move across the country and I know I would've needed to take care of it sooner or later. He did it in under 3 minutes and was so informative. Best customer service!

This is a franchise, but the location at North Richland Hills is phenomenal in their customer service. Not all locations are.

We had a parking lot LED fail 4 years into a 5 year warranty and we found that model had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Rather than just give us prorated credit, they gave us an entirely new unit by locating and shipping one from another store in Kansas, then doing a zero dollar exchange! You really can’t beat that kind of service!

Attention and services great. Doctor as well as personal very professional. Whoever has any dog or cat that needs a high quality service should call them to schedule an appointment. You will not regret it.

First Emergency hospital Vet, I took my kitten at other place. They said that kitten's jaw not broke at all. It confused me only severe infection under tongue. I was confused. My feelings mixed. They wanted to keep kitten hospital for 3 days it cost me $2000 for just only an infection. I declined them. I decided to take my kitten for second opinion vet.

I trust Animal Clinic of Casselberry I took my pets there for 4 years with Dr. Hill, now he's retired.

New Vet, Dr. Emerson is amazing and explained very clearly what's wrong with my kitten. I learned that my kitty's jaw dislocated cause her front teeth crooked. So he referred my kitty to specialty dentist. He also said her infection under tongue gone no more infection. I feel confident and know what my kitten needs. I am not longer confused and feel much better.

The new vet doc is awesome. Prices are fair and the stay is very helpful. They are very busy so sometimes that can factor into availability and bedside manner but we have had our dogs here for past 3 yrs.

Always willing to accommodate and provide care to our cats. Always very busy, but worth it. Very fair pricing
