Attentive, professional and CLEAN! I left AF for a while but decide to come back because I missed the small, family feel of it. Nancy and Tamkieka are amazing and although I never actually spoke to Bryce, he has a very professional demeanor. He’s also ripped and I can appreciate that. Additionally the equipment is always in good condition and it’s never really packed. Love it!

Tamika has helped me since day one and has answered any questions I may have. Her and Nancy go above and beyond for all members of the gym. It’s always nice to walk in an seeing friendly faces. Employees on top of their game and genuinely care about people. The group classes are very worth it as well!

The owner greeted me with care and respect, told me where everything was without me having to waste 30 minutes figuring it out on my own. This feels like "home" kinda gym. The view is spectacular. Anytime i am on this side of town, i know where im stopping by. ?

I love this gym. They truly go above and beyond to create a space that is fun and safe to workout. They also exceed expectations when it comes to cleanliness. Especially during these times.

Not only is it a great place to do solo workouts, I love the Group Training. I really feel like I challenge myself harder and it's a ton of fun to workout with others.
