I had entire house plumbing backup with water coming up through the tub, shower and under the sink. Tech showed up the same day, fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I ended up having some water damage which their restoration team has been taking care of as well. Everyone has been very professional, helpful and efficient.

I never used Roto-Rooter before. I called them. They communicated that they can have someone out at 10:30. They were here at 10:30.

I was surprised that I was able to get same day service. I needed to get a proper inspection of the sewer line to determine how to best get it fixed. Roto Rooter got in fast. Kelly was very helpful and worked quickly.

Really great experience! My mom and I had a leak under the kitchen sink that started over the weekend. After contacting 3 different plumbers with no callback I called Roto-Rooter. They immediately answered and I got to speak with Candy who was so friendly and had great customer service. She let us know that a technician would be out within the next two hours. We got a call shortly after from a supervisor named Logan who went over some of the issues we were experiencing so that they knew what to expect and let us know a technician was headed our way. Brian was our technician that came out and he was wonderful. He showed us where the leak was coming from and did a great job of educating us about the leak, our pipes and what our options would be for repairs. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself which my mom greatly appreciated.
We will definitely be contacting you all again for any future plumbing issues.

The NRA basic pistol course led by Pat was very informative and fun. Pat gave great insight and gave very personalized instruction that has me feeling extremely comfortable with my abilities.
