(January 16, 2019, 4:41 pm)Dr. Kersenbrock's team is so polite, patient and they are good communicators. They were the front line and made me feel comfortable to come in and try a new doctor/team. Upon meeting Dr. Kersenbrock, he immediately made me feel comfortable, he demonstrated excellent listening skills, displayed a genuine interest, tuned into body language and details that I didn't even have to say aloud, and definitely made me feel important. I love his desire to make a positive impact on the quality of my life and even offered to share some of his techniques with my significant other so that his work can continue to improve my life when I'm at home. That was very impactful to me. Dr. Kersenbrock was extremely thorough, not just zoned in on my issues but was concerned on my overall well-being. He was respectful of my financial concerns, was patient to write down answers to my questions and took the time to demonstrate exercises. His assistant that performed the EMS and administered the KT tape was knowledgeable, also patient to discuss details and answer questions, and she also made me feel very comfortable. I am eager for future visits in hopes of greatly improving my quality of life in the future!

Dr. Kersenbrock took time to hear my concerns and suggested a treatment plan that both fit my needs and my busy schedule. The office is very clean and welcoming. Thank you all so much!

(October 14, 2018, 11:48 am)We used the salt room to help my daughter with congestion after flying, and saw a huge improvement! I also received Botox for the first time, and could not be happier with the results. My husband was very skeptical about me getting Botox, and it really impressed. Highly recommend everything they have to offer!
