Frank at the Superior CO Verizon store helped my wife and I purchasing two new IPhones. My new iPhone had shut down after an overnight charge about a week later (New Years Eve) on a Saturday and I couldn’t start it up. It is my business phone which is important. Frank answered my call even though he wasn’t at the Verizon office and was his day off. He helped me to reset it to get it turned back on. Frank is the Verizon Goat and has a work ethic that is admirable!! Thank you Frank!!

I usually go to this location out of convenience, but now I go because of the great service from Frank A. Frank went above and beyond to assist our family with a broken phone trade in. When Apple makes it so hard to, do anything, Frank made sure to follow through with us until the process was completely finished. Thanks so much Frank for all your hard work!

Kent at this location gave the BEST customer service experience. Everyone knows when you go to Verizon, you’re going to be there for a hot minute. We ended up being there for 2 hours the first time and another 1.5 the next time we went. However, working with Kent made it so much better and time flew by. We were all laughing and making jokes while he helped get us on our new phone plan / upgrade our phones. He allowed us time to bring our old phones back in for a discount which we really appreciate! If you go to this location, you must work with Kent!!! Thanks again :)
