  Amber and her team at Finch Real Estate go above and beyond for their clients. I met Amber almost 11 years ago when she sold me my first home. I am now married with a family and needed to upgrade. As soon as we made the decision to sell, I knew exactly who I would use as my realtor. Selling my first home was sad, but Amber's team made sure I felt supported in my decision and respected my feelings. They let me take the lead and helped me find the PERFECT family home that I am proud to say is my forever home! It was hard leaving my first house, but I feel so happy with my decision to upgrade and will forever recommend Finch Real Estate Company!   Amber and her whole team (Liza, Megan, and Leigh) were great. It was my first time purchasing a home and they made the process effortless. They were patient as we looked at many many houses, always answered any questions, and addressed any of our concerns. I would highly recommend.

  After losing my Mom and having to sell her home, Amber was so diligent and helpful. She went above and beyond. Whenever I had an issue, she found a way to help resolve it. Always communicated with me to ensure I was kept in the loop. She will see to it that the stress of selling your home will be as minimal as possible (and I was even states away the entire process)!

  Absolutely the very best possible experience selling and buying a home ever! Amber and Team were flawless. Highly communicative - we never felt uniformed of "left out in the cold". Totally professional, incredible ethics, great moral character. We were not simply a commission - we felt cared for, protected, well advised, guided.
  
  Both the sale of the house and the purchase of the new one were emotionally charged as we were dealing with the sudden death of my father in law, getting their house ready for market, and purchasing a new home for my mother in law. Amber and her Team were sensitive, obviously caring, supportive and always there for us.
  
  Amber's marketing skills, brilliance with Real Estate guided us every step of the way. The end result was the house was on the market for a total of 3 days and sold well over the asking price.
  
  There is simply no other Real Estate company better - not here, not anywhere.

  Amber had a LOT to deal with in finding us the perfect home. We're blending 2 families with a total of 4 kids, all teenagers who need their own space. Plus, my partner does NOT want to live in an HOA development. We've been in our beautiful, 5 bed, 4.5 bath home with a pool in a great neighborhood in Sanlando Springs for 5 weeks now, and we're so happy! Not only did Amber show us exactly the homes we wished to see, she gave great advice about the areas, the yard work involved (she knows I don't do yard work), the maintenance needed, everything. She really listened to our needs and preferences and pointed out not only the good aspects but also the bad aspects of each home.
  
  Amber also helped my parents find a brand new build in Oviedo. It'll be finished in a few months, and they are moving down from Illinois! Yay! Best house they've ever owned!
  
  One of the best things about Amber is that she doesn't forget about you after closing. Once you're in her nest, you're there!
