“Dr. Martinez is the most professional, thorough, responsive, and caring doctor I have ever had. At 23 and without warning or history I ended up with an ulcerative colitis problem and started seeing Dr. Martinez. Even with such an embarrassing condition Dr. Martinez made it much easier to talk about and of course deal with. He is also the most responsive doctor I have ever had. I have called his office several times and asked for him and the after hours line as well. He always responds very quickly and personally. Yes, he actually calls you back, not the office folks. And when he does call, he always takes the time to find out what the problem is and then advises on what you should do. We even had a situation where we ended up at a hospital that Dr. Martinez doesn't practice at. He still personally stayed informed as to what was going on and even took the time to discuss my case with the doctors at that hospital. To top it off, while he was out of town at a conference, he still found time to call me personally and get a status update when I was having trouble. She told me how good they were and to ask for Chris. She was assigned to him. I canceled my appointment with the other rehab facility and set up my appointments with Chris.
