Orlando Sanford Flying Club

The club is a fantastic place to get all your flight ratings. I went from zero hours all the way to my CFI (hopefully this week)

Kevin, Dylan, and Tom are fantastic instructors and I can’t say enough good things about them.

Kevin is who I would recommend if you want to fly as a career, as from day one he will train you to a high standard. He will build in good habits so you have a solid foundation to build up on.

The flight club itself is great. Lots of airplanes to choose from at the best prices I’ve seen in Florida. The club is like a family, and everyone wants to see you succeed. I highly recommend this club and the instructors mentioned above.

Kevin is an awesome CFI, he is always looking out for the student and ensuring your comfortable with the instructions given. I truly recommend Kevin as CFI!

Kevin is extremely patient, and cares about you as if you were his family member. His teaching style is just what I need, as it’s not to soft, but not to aggressive. He follows up with you to make sure you are on track with online ground school, and will even call you to see if you have any questions.

He makes himself readily available to you, and I have never felt in the dark with him. He took me step by step on the entire process of joining the flight club, and starting my license. He explained Flight Circle, MillionAir, and the overall procedures of the flying club.

He is passionate about aviation, and seems like he really enjoys teaching people how to fly.

In my experience the Orlando Sanford Flying Club and Charles (club owner) it’s so worth it! You get access to great airplanes, at great prices. Charles seems like he cares about everyone and from what my instructor says, is really interested in seeing people succeed. I’m excited to finish my license with them.

Fantastic place to learn to fly and a fantastic place to keep flying once you're a pilot. The planes are the least expensive around and they are maintained meticulously. You can go from Student to ATP in one place and for WAY less money. Right now there are 12 aircraft and 150 members so there's always a plane to fly when you want it. There's even one to take on overnights for no extra fees.
