(February 12, 2019, 8:34 pm)It was a light rainy day, but the boat ride was well worth our 2 hr drive from Brooksville, Fl.
The wait staff was extremely helpful and always checking to see if you needed anything. Good entertainment and music.
Now the best part was the FOOD. The sticky buns were so good, I ate 4 of them. The meals were freshly prepared, I had the Prime Rib, med-rare and it was perfect. Tender and moist. My husband had the chicken and enjoyed it. They also had Salmon and a vegetarian dish and a dinner salad. On our trip down the St. John's river there was a couple who go married.
While down the river, the host gave us a history lesson about river and the area.
I highly recommend this trip for anyone in the area visiting.
(February 10, 2019, 6:49 pm)The Captains and crew members were the best you could have. One of the owners (it's a family owned business) gave a history of the river and the ship. All spiced with humor, our party consisted of 50 people and our sister park had the same headcount. All meals were served in 28 minutes not a cold plate in the house. I have never seen such an efficient staff, friendly and courteous all with a touch of humor. The good was excellent and if you went away hungry it was your fault. Would recommend this cruise not be missed. Well done St. John's Rivership Co.
(January 20, 2019, 8:50 am)This was a blast. The kids got to drive the boat. We got to relax and enjoy great views. The food was pretty good. The drinks were great! It was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with the family yet we weren't cooped up all together.
