Their office coordinator, Andrew, was extremely professional as was the tech that they sent to the property. He did fantastic job. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Wayne. It's very rare these days to come across a small business owner that cares about its customers. Their 5 star reviews are spot on! I am extremely pleased with 360 Total Clean and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

(November 13, 2018, 2:12 pm)I found 360 Total Clean by researching the reviews. I liked what I read, so I got in touch with them to do a special cleaning on my house. I had to reschedule twice due to unforeseen circumstances. Desiree was MORE than understanding and accommodating. The team showed up on time and immediately went to work. Each of them were personable, friendly and professional. Desiree showed up and brought me flowers because we had a death in the family (one of the reasons we had to reschedule)!!! How thoughtful!!!!
They did a FANTASTIC job and were done before we expected. My house smelled SO clean and fresh!! I was so impressed with the job, I immediately set up a bi-monthly cleaning!
I would highly recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.

Everyone was hard working and a pleasure to have working for us. A job well done and so appreciated. We will definitely call again.
