“I’ve never had and “issue” with Bill Ray Nissan Service Department until last time I was there. First with the good: they were always quick, they don’t hassle you to get unnecessary services done, the employees are truly experts. Back to my “issue”. My appointment for my oil change was at 3, I had to wait around for about 10 minutes with no employees in sight. Finally once I caught the attention of a cashier, who mentioned the employees were taking a late lunch and would be back soon... at 3 PM... Once the employees in charge of my car showed up they seemed nonchalant and didn’t apologize for the wait. Nevertheless I will be back because I feel like they do know what’s best for my car. Just hoping I won’t have this same experience next time.”

“Gibson Truck World sends their duellies and heavy duty trucks there for suspension work and alignment. I know because I called them and asked where to get the work done. Another alignment shop that doesn't do heavy trucks also recommended them. When the competition recommends, and brings them business, that tells you something. I went in to have my 2002 Excursion aligned. It had recently developed a pull to the right. The shop has just the right amount of mess. The amount you would have if you were actively in the process of completing work. Employees are mellow and service oriented. After giving it a quick check, Chris informed me they would not align unless a couple of rubber bushings were replaced. I like that I could talk to the tech directly. This builds trust. He showed me the issues and it was obvious the 19yo rubber bushings were shot. I opted to replace ALL the rubber with upgraded parts as I like to have everything the same age. Chris looked up the parts and passed the information to the operations manager to quote the work. I threw out some challenges and the answers were consistent between the tech, and the management. I'm also very very particular and I never got one hint of attitude. Prices are by the book so I didn't really save anything on labor by doing it all at once as I had hoped. You won't be getting any cut rates, but you get competent work. I had the opportunity to buy the parts myself online and have them install which would have saved me a couple of hundred. I chose to just have them take care of it immediately. When I returned to pick up the truck there were at least 5 heavy diesel pickups being worked on, from balancing wheels and truing tires, to major suspension work. You will pay a premium price and you will get premium work. If there is any issue, I was assured, they would handle it, and I believe it. I am in a premium service industry. I charge a premium rate and give premium service so I get it. If you get it, you should feel comfortable taking your $50k plus heavy duty, classic car, hot rod, custom build, down there to get the alignment and other suspension work done.”

“My experience with La Mesa RV is that they are great! Was having problems with the water system and previously had the system checked at another RV dealer out of state and was told it was good to go. That wasn't true at all and was told by La Mesa it looked like someone left it that way deliberately. Clearly that previous dealer is off my service list. I have been wintering in Florida and been in the camper for two months without a problem since that service. Great staff and very knowledgeable. My next service is already scheduled.”

“Awesome sales and seamless experience! Thanks to Frank De Wilde. I originally went to Audi South Orlando as it was closer to my residence in Downtown Orlando and I had a horrible experience. The South Orlando location sent me off on my own to test drive a car and made me feel as though my sales process wasn’t important or deserving of receiving of a good service experience. I decided to leave and head to Audi North Orlando. The location itself is much more welcoming and Frank was an absolute pleasure to deal with. “These folks were great to deal with. Everything from first contact to driving the vehicle off the lot was first class. Very low pressure and very knowledgeable about every part of the process. Helped us secure financing right out of bankruptcy with an interest rate much lower than we anticipated. All of their used cars are top of the line trade-ins - they send anything less to their other dealerships and it shows in their inventory. Please be aware that they do charge a $799 dealer fee on top of tax, tag & title. However, after going through the experience, its worth to not have to deal with shady car salespeople.”
