He was the one who became concerned about some unusual cysts in my breast and quickly had me in to see a specialist. No cancer, thankfully, but it is a situation that must be monitored closely. Another Dr. who was not as familiar with my history, might not have caught it.”

“My husband and I went to this place for two years until I switched jobs and my new dental wasn't in network anymore. I had Cigna when oak port was in network, and the staff was always very professional, polite, and informative. Maggie, the scheduling receptionist though I'm sure she handles far more than just scheduling, was always very responsive and on top of things. She always remembered my days off and paid attention to any notes in my file about preferred scheduling times. Most the time someone answered, and anytime I left a voicemail it got returned. When I had issues with my insurance giving me the go around on some things, the dental office always tried to help. Maggie is very knowledgeable about the In's and Outs of insurance. The office was understanding of my situation and needs. And when dental emergencies came up they tried their best to get me in quickly. They also only schedule who they actually have time for. I've had large more commercial like dental offices over schedule and make people wait hours past appointed time (and the large dental places that do that must feel rushed and I worry the quality of work suffers). This place never did that. They got me in and out quickly in a reasonable time. The place is clean and professional and the people are amazing.”
