“After looking over some of the reviews I was braced for the worst, whatever that might be, but upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile by a Yard Dispatcher who asked what we had. After telling her I had an pool heater she directed me over to an area which I think she called the 'smalls area'. Again we were greeted by gentleman who was friendly, but extremely busy. He took the time to look over what I had and then proceeded to help me unload it. There was a first time voucher form I had to fill out but the entire transaction took 5, maybe 10 minutes. I had disassembled the entire heater into various sections, which may have made the process go smoother. I was then given a receipt & proceeded to the office where they took my receipt (along with my Driver's License) and processed it. The Cashier knew I was a first timer and again in more than a friendly manner walked me through the remaining process. As busy as they looked to me (and I overheard comments on how busy they were from those around me) it was quite quick & efficient. I would highly recommend 419 Metal-Auto to anyone, even if you're not a veteran scrapper like myself.”
