Wayne Summers is highly knowledgeable when it comes to form and mobility as well as what Crossfit should be. The workout always begins with a warm up focusing on the movements we will need for the WOD. Everyday two workouts are listed and when needed, Wayne has no problem changing a movement to best suit each athletes needs. The gym is immaculate and full of so much equipment! He is always improving his facility. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to workout.”

“Amazing REAL greek restaurant. Decent portions for the price. Full meals were cheaper than other restaurants nearby and their appetizers/sides were *REALLY* cheap! A whole takeout box of fresh pita bread for $2! My salad's chicken was so well marinated I didn't even notice I forgot to put on dressing. The lady who waited on us was extremely friendly with a lovely accent, and, even though we ordered a lot, it was very fast service.”

“Extremely pleased!! Excellent work. Vinny's team painted front door, pool deck and kitchen ceiling which included patch work around my skylight. Work was great. I can not be happier with all three projects. Done in two days. The deck I had done two years and it was peeling, Vinny's crew saw the errors and advised the other painter used wrong paint and did not prep it properly, he could tell by looking at it and scrubbing. They did two coats and looks great!!The front door, I tried painting myself and mucked it up a few times, no more streaks, better color. The ceiling and patch work....very impressed, they have it looking new!!!”
