“We had to rent from Central Properties and thought the staff was really friendly, the house was clean, the price was right and they always had a vendor available for repairs. The amount of money we had to put up for deposit and the various fees were higher than we expected, but after checking around Orlando we found out the prices were normal and in some respects lower than the other sources. When we had a problem a work order was submitted and the repair was made within 48 hours. The vendors were knowledgeable and polite. When we left the property we followed the procedures and we were able to get almost all of our deposit back. We opted to use their vendors for the cleaning and for repairs to make it easier on the exit of the property. So we paid the expense of using their vendors to make sure everything was done correctly. Marilyn and Douglas were really nice brokers to work with and the rest of the staff was always friendly, though it was tough during the hurricane because we lost power for a week. We weren't use to not having air conditioning, but the staff had instructed us to go out and get battery operated fans, flashlights and other items needed for such an emergency. It really was a big help. We would rent from them again if needed and we thank them for all their hard work in making our stay a great one!”

“We are new to the neighborhood and you hear your rumors about Seminole County. I am ashamed to say we stereotype the place. because of a awful experience in Lake County after seeing a lot of white people we thought it was a redneck bar, so we thought the Vibes maybe non welcoming. BOY WAS WE WRONG!!! Love everything about this place. First I would like to say love the drink specials!! then I would like to say the games!!!. Who ever thought of having board games at a bar was a genius me and my husband really enjoy sitting and playing games with each other. My daughter passed away in April leaving her 4 toddlers. So being able to have this incredible place to enjoy and its self walking distance from home. Just in case we had too much to drink is absolutely perfect. The staff very friendly the customers very appropriate and the music selection a mix of everything, love it love it love it!!! We heard some hip hop, reggaeton some light rock, R&B a little of everything we were listening to music we never heard but we loved it because the atmosphere was just amazing!! we go at least once a week and we're hoping they have something incredible for the new year we would love to spend our time there!!!”
