I usually NEVER receive help from anyone when I walk into stores but right as I was ready to leave out of frustration, Broc the pharmacist came out of nowhere to help me out. WHAT A BLESSING! He took the time to ask the right questions and help me find exactly what I was needed. We definitely need more pharmacists like Broc to make each customer feel like they actually matter. “Today I went in for a running knee injury. It took almost an hour to see a doctor and i had an appointment, although I wasn’t too surprised since it’s a walk in clinic. I saw Dr Andrew (I think?) and he was very nice and explained everything quickly, all the nurses were also very good and fast to help with my problem. The Dr understood how badly I wanted to get back running and gave me a cortisone shot so I would be back on my feet quickly. I could barley walk into the waiting room but after the shot all of the pain was gone. I was able to walk normally for the first time in days. They also sell knee braces and showed me how to put one on! Very thankful this practice is so close to home and even allows walk ins!”
