  Alpine Groves Park is a hidden gem in Fruit Cove, Florida. It is a small park with a lot to offer, including a beautiful riverfront, a historic home, a butterfly garden, and a playground.
  
  The riverfront is my favorite part of the park. There is a long pier that extends out over the water, and you can often see dolphins swimming by. There are also several benches along the river where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.
  
  The historic home is also worth a visit. It was built in the early 1900s, and it is now used for community events. The butterfly garden is small, but it is home to a variety of butterflies.
  
  The playground is a great place for kids to play. It has a variety of equipment, including swings, slides, and a climbing structure.
  
  Overall, Alpine Groves Park is a great place to visit for a relaxing afternoon. It is a peaceful and scenic park with something to offer everyone.

  What a neat little spot! This was our first time and we’ll definitely be back in the future for nice paved trails, lovely little pier on the river, and a picnic! They had a cute little playground too.

  Sweet short walk to the St. John’s River. Magnificent old growth trees blanketed with delicate flowing Spanish moss. Swings to sit on and take in the fresh air. Not a big event but a must see experience. Totally magical with the surroundings.

  Very relaxing family environment here. The park boundary is very large and has some very appealing amenities like a large playground for a wide age range, a pavilion, a nature trail, riverfront viewing area, and dock, among others. Park is kept very clean, lots of space and plenty of parking. Great for a visit any time of the year!
