They always deliver so the choice is clear for me to always recommend my sellers to chose them for our closings. They also offer my sellers a rebate, and they don't charge extra fees to the buyer. Neither would I consider picking another title company for my personal home closings.

Lisa Harris gave a great presentation at Signature Realty's corporate office regarding their services such as mobile closings, attorney on staff, Title quote Net Sheet for Realtors which is great for our buyers and sellers. They also offer a Butler Rebate for your client!
