Gorilla Rides

Went to Gorilla Rides because I heard good things from friends. I bought a new 6 seater from them on Sunday as a surprise Christmas gift for my family. The purchase was easy and well done. We ran into an issue with the cart not being able to fit through the garage door, but they took the cart back to the shop and got the problem resolved within a day or so. Overall experience was very good. Definitely need to measure your door before buying though, this has become an issue for many buyers and will help Gorilla Rides give you the most accurate delivery date possible if they need to make adjustments to your new ride.

Just bought my new Golf Cart from Gorilla Rides. John and his crew made sure the specs were just right to include the sound bar and rock lights. He has a new service manager and team that is meeting and exceeding a better standard than previously which shows in the work/cart I received. I have know doubt they will be responsive to any issues with the cart that might arise. Thank you team at Gorilla Rides, St. Johns.

I purchased a 2022 cart from John and Dale and I must say they made the process beyond easy with no pressure. From the financing to finding out that the cart wouldn’t fit in my garage, they took care of it all. I saw a few negative reviews around honoring the warranty and I must disagree. We had a minor issue with the cart and they came next day and picked it up and brought it back the next day, no questions asked. They have gone above and beyond and I would recommend a Gorilla Ride to anyone. I’m sure my next cart will be from them as well! Thanks all!
